  We will need your contact information, the type and quantity of printing, duplication/ replication, and payment information.
  
  
• To start your order we need:
  1. Artwork set-up at 300dpi CMYK according to the CD/ DVD Template:
     • Template - .psd Format
     • Template - .pdf Format
     • Template - .eps Format
     or choose one of our PreDesign Template.
  2. Master CD or DVD sent to Tape.com.
  3. 50% deposit
  4. Proof of content ownership.
  5. Signed copy of our Terms and Conditions & Copyrights Agreement.
