Thank you to our many customers for your continued support! Established in 1981, Tape.com also known as Cassette House, A Deltamedia company, sells to Consumers, Business, Schools, Churches and Government Agencies. We have been selling online since 1989!

By submitting any order through our websites you agree to our policies.

Orders & Payments
We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders , and PayPal as payment methods. We do not accept international credit card number. Please note that we may ask you for further information on orders being shipped to an address other than the billing address. All new customers will be contacted for order verification. This is to prevent order errors and also Fraud.
Phone Orders are also accepted by calling 800-827-3123, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday except holidays. If you want to fax your order you may do so at 909-930-2148.

Product Returns
If you need to return any item please e-mail sales@tape.com. for instructions or call 800-827-3123. All returns must be assigned an RMA number.
There is a 15% re-stocking fee (the 15% re-stocking fee will be waived if you have ordered at least 3 times from us OR you reorder the from our website the correct product you need). We do NOT accept returns on opened or used products - of any kind. It is the customers responsibility to insure all returning items. Once the item is returned, undamaged, we will credit your card or account for the item less shipping. Bulk Loaded audio and video tapes are custom loaded and cannot be returned. We will of course replace any defective tapes. Any defects or damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt of order.

Replacement Guarantee: We will replace defective product reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Back orders: We try to keep all items in stock but we are sometimes sell out of an item. We will notify you in the event of any delays due to this.

Shipping
All shipping costs are shown when you place your order. We usually ship your order the following business day from the date we receive it. We ship via Ground UPS within the continental 48 states from our warehouses. We do not offer the UPS "Saturday Delivery" option at our web site

We try to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. It's easy to be fooled by the low prices of the products and this can make the shipping charges seem high. Most folks do not realize how heavy the products can be and how many cartons an order can take. As an example a 50 pack of VHS tapes takes up one large carton. In any event we try to keep the shipping charges as low as possible.

Please Note
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided. If you give us an address that UPS has to correct (such as an incorrect zip code), move or request that a package be shipped to another address, after we have shipped your order, an additional fee of $7.50 will be applied to your account. UPS charges us $7.50 for every address correction they make. Please call us at 1-800-TAPE-123 for any address changes. We will make every effort to change the incorrect address with UPS or FEDEX. However, we are not responsible for UPS or FEDEX ability to change the addresses.
UPS shipping services provide a tracking number and reliable service. If you must have a shipment by a particular day or if you do not wish to take the financial risk of a package lost by the postal service, please select shipment via UPS. Although USPS Parcel Post is cheaper than UPS and works great 90% of the time, shipment via USPS usually takes up to 10 business days for delivery and is not insured or have a guaranteed delivery.

Cassette House is not responsible for typographical errors.
